Title: Brain Structure-Function Coupling Hypergraph Neural Network

Our paper has been published in Journal of Image and Graphics (Lei et al., 2026).

Brain structure and function jointly characterize the organizational mechanisms of brain networks. In this work, we introduce a structure-function coupling hypergraph neural network to model high-order associations between functional connectivity and structural connectivity for brain disease diagnosis. The framework constructs functional and structural hypergraph branches, performs hypergraph convolution for high-order representation learning, and uses cross-modal reconstruction to enhance the coupling between the two modalities.
